The Gibraltar Gaelic Football Club is pleased to announce that its Committee has been appointed for the new season as follows:

The Committee is looking look to raise the profile of the Gaelic Football club locally and to represent Gibraltar to the highest possible standard for the upcoming season in the Andalucian League, Iberian League and other European Competitions. This will be the Gibraltar Gaels 3rd year competing alongside ‘Éire Óg Sevilla’ and the ‘Costa Gaels’.
For those unfamiliar with the sport but who are keen to check it out, the All Ireland County Championship series is currently being broadcast on Sky Sports and has been taking the UK by storm. The final of the series will be live on Sky Sports on Sunday 21st September begins with a 4.30pm throw in. The Golf Box, on Glacias Road as the affiliated pub will be the venue of choice. Anyone interested in getting involved or just watching the game – do pop along., The committee and the players will be on hand to answer and questions you may have and introduce you to the rest of the team. This year’s ‘All Ireland’ final will be between Kerry and Donegal and is set to be a cracker!
Training for the upcoming season will begin on 24th September and will continue each Wednesday from 7pm to 8.30pm on the MOD’s astro pitch at Devil’s Tower Road.
